Proses perekaman dilakukan dengan mendatangi masing-masing sekolah.<br><br>Dinas Kependudukan Dan Pencatatan Sipil (Dispendukcapil) Kabupaten Ngawi melakukan perekaman E-KTP terhadap pelajar yang akan berusia 17 tahun pada waktu pelaksanaan pemilu 2024.<br><br>Terdapat sekitar 10 ribu pemilih pemula yang belum melakukan perekaman E-KTP. Mereka terdiri dari para pelajar yang nanti waktu pemilu tanggal 14 Februari 2024 sudah berusia 17 tahun.
